Digital queuing system can save the queue chaos at Arlanda - but the entrepreneurs get no answer

During the spring and summer, queuing chaos has arisen in many places in Sweden. Among others at the Police station at Arlanda, where people queue for 24 hours to get provisional passports. People have stood physically in line for upwards of 41 hours, according to SVT. People have camped and slept under the open sky. They are angry, disappointed and have even passed out. There has been talk of "system collapse" of central and necessary functions in society.
